ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE POLICY
Laparka stands behind the quality of our product and your satisfaction with it. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return a regular priced item for a full refund or exchange for another style - exchanges are limited to one time use. Goods purchased online can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of order provided they remain in new, unused condition and are returned complete. Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise purchased online must request an return authorization (RA) number by contacting customer service. In the case of defective merchandise, Laparka will pay for the shipping costs associated with the purchase and return of the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the nature of the defective merchandise and we will send an email back giving you instructions. Regular priced purchases can be sent back to the online store with a RA # at the customers’ expense.
All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as was used in the original purchase. Goods bought with a Visa card will see that same Visa card credited back once the goods are received.
Steps to Fullfill your Return or Exchange
1. Email email@example.com and indicate a brief description of the problem and request an RA #. Indicate the product and quantity you are returning by circling the item number and writing the quantity being returned on the front of the packing slip found with your order.
2. Indicate the reason for the return (as shown below) beside the item number you are returning on the front of the packing slip.
- Defective when received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Incorrect size
3. Ensure tags are included with your re-packaged product(s) and include the completed packing slip. Please arrange return shipment with your preferred courier. Please note that any product(s) returned without a RA # cannot be processed by our Return Centre and will be returned to you. Also, note that the return address will be provided by a Laparka customer service representative when RA # is provided. Upon inspection of returned garment and if approved, we will gladly refund all original shipping charges for items being returned due to our error
4. For any exchanges, we will release your new items after your initial order has been received, inspected and approved.
